Indulge in the flavors of Provence, the enchanting region known for its vibrant cities like Marseille, Nice, and the glamorous Riviera. Our culinary journey will showcase the region's signature ingredients such as garlic, olive oil, tomatoes, saffron, and fragrant herbs. Prepare to tickle your taste buds with a delightful menu featuring vichyssoise, potato galettes, saffron rice, coquilles Saint-Jacques à la provençale, and a classic crème caramel. An additional $17 ingredient fee is required on the day of the class, payable directly to the instructor, Laurel Severson.
